This Arcade is very quiet at 5.55pm on a Monday, so Woolworth is also quite so now be a great time to shop, Finally tobacconist is also quite but the staff or owner is very nice and helpful,bover all this is us a good place to do your shopping while at Townsville City , I recommend this place as I like the quiet of shopping. ~ Clayton W

I would say the CBD needs this. It's like a mini-mall off the main mall with a university, barbers, bottle-o, bars, restaurants, toilets and Queensland Country branch. It's got everything I need except free parking. ~ Jai J

Mainly Woolworths; one of their better stores. Use one of the service groups in the arcade; top notch. Tried most of the food outlets; all fairly good but Donna Bionde is a couple of steps above the rest. ~ Michael P

City Lane & City Arcade is Townsville's only boutique laneway with Woolworths and a range of retail stores along with unique dining and we went here daytime and night the vibes totally 10/10 very vibrant lots of eateries and very instagramable 🍏🍏🍏😂😂 ~ alfredo a

New modern facility right in the city mall. Huge potential for growth and development in the region. Very well kept with good shopping and food options close by. ~ Justin D

Busy as usually precisely Woolworths and Tabacco shop. Lots of people at the Pub next door celebration for Christmas probably..Great atmosphere to stand the money. ~ Michel C

Great because of working in the City for brunch with meeting people or lunch etc. There is Woolworth a few more eateries as well with some good named businesses. ~ Sam

Great little shopping centre. Right in the centre of town with a terrific bottleshop and Woollies. Open public holidays which was very handy. ~ Margaret M
